10″ Tall Painted Metal Art Nouveau Figural Thermometer. Don’t see a makers mark. Incredible details. Has nice paint, bronze wash, nonmagnetic so going with cold painted spelter metal and could have some brass.
Measures 10 1/4″ tall, 4 3/4″ wide and 2 3/4″ deep. Weight is nice at close to 2 pound. Thermometer working condition/ accuracy is unknown but glass is intact and hovering around 90%.
Has is aged finish wear and only issue I see is the thermometer glass is dirty beside the normal 100 year old+ handling finish marks. This piece has so much going for it like condition, 3 figurines with paint still intact and bold, sits fine and dont see any damage.
Guessing made late 1800’s. Cool Old Art Nouveau Figural Thermometer!!
