Restoration Project. Not sure of metal but looks gilt bronze ormolu. Porcelain figurine is not signed as far as I can see but base is marked made in France. Figurine has damaged lace work, bottom of dress, lace similar to Dresden figurines. Wires were cut but switch is intact and clicks nicely when turned, left pipe has separated from base, probable from a break, do see some kind of adhesive underneath at bottom nut from restoration attempt.
Base is 6″ wide X 4 1/2″ deep, 11 1/2″ tallest part. Weight 2 pound 2 oz. Base looks whitewashed as someone tried to restore it with the gold leaf and overflowed onto figurine. Flowers look porcelain and may have few missing, there is chipping about.
