Figurine bowing looks to have ivorine or plastic head and is 7 1/8″ tall not counting base. Stone base has green Onyx look but could be another stone and measures 7″ x 7″ x 3/4″ thick with old green felt and original nut on bottom. Weight is nice and heavy at 3 pound.
Figurine has bronze or brass wash and sounds like spelter when tapped with fingernail.. Nonmagnetic with light scratches scuffs. Stone base is polished with very nice veins.
Good condition and far from perfect but well taken care of with average scuffs, scratches with small nicks to marble mostly on edges/ corners, figurine is in good condition with tarnishing verdigris about, some shown in pictures, nice Patina and still looks great! Lady is nice and tight to base.
Guessing made 1920’s-1940’s. Cool Old Art Deco Catchall. Cool Old Art Deco Tray!.
