Echt Weimar Kobalt Blue/Gold/White Pedestal Serving Plate.
Top diameter of 12 5/8″ and 6″ tall. Weighs little over 2 pound 6 oz. Look in very good condition with less the average wear for age and use with handling marks and few imperfections from making process and some scuffing on bottom from moving around. Good portion of the label is covered by the pedestal as shown in last picture.
