Late 1800s Art Nouveau Miniature Bust. Base reads Boule de Neige (Snowball). Looks bronze and seen these called bronze but believe it to be spelter with a lovely Patinaed Bronze wash and is nonmagnetic.
Measures 6 1/2″ tall, 3 1/2″ wide at shoulders, base is 1 5/8″ x 1 5/8″. Weight is nice at hair under 1 pound. Metal bust with light scratches and scuffs. See a few of these but this one unusual with its beautiful patinaed bronze finish mostly intact. Has its small looses in places like cheek chest and shoulder but minimal compared to the few I’ve seen.
