Old signed oil painting in aged condition and could use cleaning or leave it the way it is. Framed, Looks to be signed Paolo Balbi. (Italian, 20th century).

Looks to be one of his earlier works. Seen his landscapes but not many nautical painting. Frame measures 25 1/2 X 45 1/2, image measures 20 X 40. Painting has cracking and frame has paint chipping. Back canvas has browned aged look. Very nice old painting that still looks great! Weight is 9 1/4 pound.
