Solid Metal German Shepherd Bookends Stamped “1929 Gift House Inc. NYC”. Good Condition, have average wear from the ages and use with the felt bottoms showing their worn old age. Books not included. Last picture has little extra light to show the wonderful details.
These look to have a copper wash over metal but wearing off, bronze look but magnetic so probable cast iron. Signed on bases, have nice heavy Patina, all in all good vintage condition and fun pair of K9 bookends!!.
Each measure 4 1/2″ long x 2″ deep and 5 1/4″ tall. Weight is close to 5 pounds for the pair.
