Dated 1931 Hogg Watercolor, Framed. Running around 90 years old so far from perfect. Check pictures for imperfections. Found out this could be the German artist Hogg but not sure, either way nicely done.
Overall outside frame measurements 19 1/2″ x 16 1/2″. Image area 11 1/2″ x 8 1/2″. Weight is 3 1/2 pound. Signed HOGG 1931. Looks like a watercolor. Was reframed at Michaels years ago, so frame and backing has minimal wear. The original matting has crease shown in pictures.
