Jack-O-Lantern Pumpkin Choir Boy. Seen these said to be Paper Mache and between 1930s-1950s- This one is in good condition with top and instructions but missing the little lighting unit inside that would be attached to the top plug. What makes this cool is the 59 cent Murphy’s price sticker still attached. Has wire handle.
Measures around 8 1/2″ wide 7 1/2″ deep and 7 1/2 tall. Weight is 5 1/2 oz. They say condition is key and this JOL looks good especially for age! I have not tried to remove plug or a detail cleaning for fear of damage.
Good condition with nicks, chips, finish loss, staining, missing light, far from perfect and still looks great!
Guessing made between 1940-1950. Great looking Pumpkin! Please check pictures for description and condition.
