WWII era art deco style Boston Terrier or French Bulldog sculpture pin tray. Green marble or onyx tray with old felt still attached to bottom. Figurine has brass or bronze color showing through and is nonmagnetic. Look like a French Bull Dog, Boston Terrier but you be the judge! Has good weight at little under 1 pound. Stone tray has 4″ diameter and is 3/4″ thick.
Very well done. Seen these called Art Deco, Austrian, Mid Century, what ever it is the dog is well done for size, vintage, detailed and dog is a nice small size at just 1 3/4″ tall to top of ears,
Details fine and don’t see any damage with dog sitting sturdy but little loose when prodded, tray sits fine with the old felt on bottom. Has its light scuffs, scratches, bottom stone edge feels little ruff in spots and tray needs detailed cleaning. Dog has nice patina and looks great!
Guessing made 1940s. Cool Old Art Deco Pin Tray that would make any bull dog collector smile!
